Urban massing

A mixed use development with all residential units with living spaces and open spaces facing west or south. Small opes and deciduous landscaping were placed on the north and east sides. Tall volumes were placed to the northwest of the site. The communal landscaped areas were directly additional to private open spaces. No cars allowed for easily overlooked play areas
